Max is an absolute gem. He has a wonderful, friendly personality, and is very diligent and knowledgeable. In our situation, Max was the Landlord's broker, and my partner and I were seeking to rent. I'm fairly cynical about Landlord brokers based on experiences, but Max completely upended my negative expectations. When I questioned him over an email about a form I needed to sign that seemed contrary to what he told me, he immediately picked up the phone and explained, followed by a confirmation email. We also had a great conversation where he was actually transparent. In submitting our application materials, he was clear, direct, and exceptionally helpful in compiling and requesting any additional information. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend working with him. We feel very lucky to have worked with him, and feel like the fee we paid was actually worth it.
